- General Information
Thanks for choosing Patjud Adventures Safaris. When you book a tour, safari, or any service with us, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Take a moment to go through them before booking. If you’re not on board with any part of these terms, please don’t book with us.
- Booking and Payment
To lock in your booking, we need either a deposit or the full payment—this depends on the type of safari or service. Your spot isn’t confirmed until we get that payment.
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method we mention when you book.
The prices you see are accurate when we publish them, but sometimes things change—exchange rates shift, fuel prices jump, or something else unexpected comes up. If there’s a big change in price, we’ll let you know before you go.
- Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as you can. We do have cancellation fees—check your booking confirmation for details.
Cancel 30+ days before departure: You get a full refund, minus the deposit.
Cancel 15-29 days before departure: We’ll refund 50%.
Cancel 0-14 days before departure: No refund, unfortunately.
If we have to cancel your tour (which is rare), you get a full refund or you can pick another date.
- Health and Safety
If you have a medical condition that could affect your trip, it’s your job to tell us. Sometimes, we’ll need a doctor’s note saying you’re good to go.
We strongly recommend you get travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and any surprises along the way.
During our tours, you need to follow our safety rules. If you don’t, we might have to remove you from the safari, and you won’t get a refund.
- Liability
Let’s be real—going on safari means taking on some risks. Wild animals, bumpy roads, unpredictable weather—these things happen. By joining us, you accept those risks and agree not to hold us responsible for injuries or damages.
We’re not liable for lost or damaged stuff, injuries, or delays caused by things we can’t control, like natural disasters or political problems.
- Behavior and Conduct
We want everyone to have a great time, so we expect all guests to respect the local community, the environment, and each other.
If someone acts out—unsafe, disruptive, or just plain rude—we can remove them from the safari. There’s no refund in that case.
- Force Majeure
If something out of our control—like a natural disaster, government action, or a strike—keeps us from delivering our services, we can’t be held responsible for delays or missed obligations.
- Privacy and Data Protection
We collect personal info for bookings and insurance—this includes your name, address, passport number, emergency contacts, and relevant medical details.
We only use your data as laid out in our Privacy Policy. We won’t share it with anyone unless it’s needed for your trip or the law requires it.
- Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the country where Patjud Adventures Safaris operates. Any disagreements will be handled by the courts there.
- Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. It’s a good idea to check back here now and then for any updates.
