Patjud Adventures Safaris – Disclaimer

  1. General Disclaimer

When you book a tour with Patjud Adventures Safaris, you’re signing up for adventure—literally. Our trips take you out into the wild, and while we do everything we can to make them safe and unforgettable, there’s always some risk. By booking with us, you understand and accept that outdoor trips, wildlife encounters, and travel to remote places come with hazards, and you’re okay with that.

We work hard to keep things professional and safe. Still, we can’t promise you a completely risk-free experience. Once you join our tours, you’re taking responsibility for your own choices and your own safety.

  1. Assumption of Risk

Let’s be real: safaris, wildlife viewing, hiking, and other adventures can get a little rough. You might face things like:

  • Accidents, illness, or even worse—especially when wild animals or nature get involved
  • Injuries from walking, hiking, or just pushing your limits
  • Sickness or injury because of the weather, food, water, or local conditions
  • Losing your stuff, theft, or damage to your gear

You accept these risks when you sign up, plain and simple. If something happens—whether it’s an injury, lost property, or even emotional stress—Patjud Adventures Safaris, our staff, guides, and partners aren’t on the hook.

  1. Health and Safety

It’s up to you to make sure you’re fit and ready for the adventure you choose. Some trips are tough and take you far from civilization, and not everyone’s up for that. If you have any health issues or you’re unsure, check in with your doctor before you book. We strongly recommend it.

We can’t take responsibility for any health problems or injuries that come up during or because of your trip.

  1. Wildlife and Environmental Risks

We promise to do our best to keep you safe around wildlife, but, honestly, wild animals don’t always play by the rules. Encounters can be unpredictable and sometimes dangerous. If you get hurt or something gets damaged because of wildlife, Patjud Adventures Safaris isn’t liable.

Please listen to our guides and staff—they know what they’re talking about. If you ignore their instructions, you’re responsible for the consequences.

  1. External Factors

Sometimes things happen that are totally out of our hands. This includes stuff like:

  • Bad weather—storms, floods, droughts, you name it—that mess with the schedule or make things unsafe
  • Political or social unrest, or changes in government that affect travel
  • “Acts of God,” natural disasters, or anything else we just can’t control

If any of these come up, we’ll try to adjust plans, reschedule, or refund you based on our Cancellation Policy.

  1. Third-Party Services

We team up with outside partners for things like accommodation, transport, or extra tours. We pick them carefully, but we don’t run their operations. So, if you have a problem with a hotel, a driver, or another provider, it’s between you and them. Their own terms and conditions apply.

  1. Liability Limitation

By law, our liability stops at the amount you paid for your specific tour or service. We’re not responsible for indirect costs, lost profits, or extra trouble that might come up because of your trip.

  1. Photography and Media

We often take photos and videos on our safaris for marketing or educational use. By joining us, you’re giving us permission to use images or footage of you. If you’d rather not be photographed or filmed, just let us know before your trip.

  1. Changes to the Terms

Patjud Adventures Safaris can update or change these terms at any time.
